I've never met them, and I likely won't, but through the wonders of the internet, I ran into them and their blog.
Eitan and Shira are both college students at the University of Maryland, and are undertaking the labourious, yet rewarding task of watching every one of the 79 films that have won the Best Picture Oscar at the Academy awards, starting with this gem from 1927
and working their way through to the most recent:
Such a great idea, and something a) I wish I'd thought of and b) had the time to do.
